MeowsInternational.com, we do everything to ensure all products are in working order and
free from defects. If in the event you receive a product that has been damaged during
shipping please use the guidelines listed below. All returns to MeowsInternational are subject to the
following conditions:
- Your return shipment must be shipped
within 10 days of the day your order was received.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless
DEFECTIVE.
- Defective items will be replaced with
the same item only. NO REFUNDS.
- Non-defective items may not be
returned for any reason.
- All of the original packaging; Case,
Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. Must be included.
- We do NOT pay for postage on returns.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- International customers are
responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if order is refused. If your country
charges a duty, tax, tariff etc. on your order, you are responsible for that charge.
- Promotional items (DVDs, CDs, etc.)
cannot be returned for any reason except for defects.
- Defective novelty items can only be
replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will
be issued.
