| Yes, we are very discreet. We keep all our customer records a secret, we never
sell our customer list. We do not send any unsolicited mail. We maintain an e-mail list
that we use to inform our customers about new products and offer special discount to list
members. You can - at any time - add or delete your name from this list. |

| How will my order be shipped? |
| We use
UPS and Priorty Mail. |

| How will my order be packaged? |
| In a Priorty Mail Box or plain brown box, using Meowsinternational for the
return address. Please feel free to include any special shipping instructions with your
order. |

| Do you ship to my country? |
Yes, we
ship world-wide.
PLEASE NOTE: All duties and taxes on shipments are the responsibility of
the buyer. We expect our customers to know customs regulations in their countries, and
Meows will not be responsible for shipments detained or seized by customs. You may be subject to import tariffs or other taxes
and fees from your local customs authority once your package arrives.
Meowsinternational.com cannot be held responsible for these additional charges. We have no
way of knowing or controlling what your country chooses to charge you. Customs policies
vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of your local customs policies then
we recommend you contact your customs authority for further information. Furthermore, when
you order from Meowsinternational.com, you are considered the importer of record and must
comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
We do not keep track of every country's laws regarding adult material. It is up to you to
know whether it is legal or not to order from us in your particular area.
Customs documentation: The information that we provide on a customs form is very general
and non-descriptive it usually looks like the following:

| Yes, our
order form is a secure document. The order form and any information included are encrypted
for privacy while in transit. |

| What will my Credit Card Statement show? |

| What is your return policy?

For
sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do everything possible to ensure our products
are defect free. When you receive your order, promptly check the items and make sure they
are in working order. If in the unlikely event you receive an item that is defective, we
will replace that item with a new, identical, working item, free of charge. All returned
packages must be postmarked within 10 days of their initial receipt, and in the original
packaging. Before any item is returned, please contact the returns department. We NEVER
resell any item that has been returned.
Returns must be sent back within 10 days of your receipt of the item; Meows cannot
accept or replace any item that is not returned within this time and if the product is not
in its original packaging. |

| What if I need to return an item?

to ensure that your individual needs are properly met, please EMAIL our Returns Department
at returns@meowsinternational.com
BEFORE
shipping back any item. In the email, please include your first and last name, the name of
the item as it appears on the invoice, the invoice number and a description of the problem
that requires its return. We will then promptly review your request and contact you via
email with further instructions. |

| Do you fill special orders? |
| Yes, we
will special order for you any item that is legally available in the US. |

| What format are the videos in? |
| VHS NTSC.
For international orders, please be certain your VCR will play a video in this format.
Sorry, but PAL tapes are not available. |

| How old do I need to be to order? |
| 21 years
or older. We will not sell nor ship to minors. |
